Help and Advice
Hubs are open. No appointments are required for Money Advice or Into Work Services.
Appointments are required however for library browsing and the use of computers.
Customers can call the advice line to book an appointment or request a foodbank voucher.
Exchanges and Transfers
Exchanges and transfers are proceeding as usual.
Rent Payments
Tenants experiencing problems with rent payments at this difficult time should get in touch to discuss this. Don’t worry, we can support you to find a solution.
Tenancy and Anti-social behaviour issues
The majority of the service has returned to normal. Home visits and visits to external areas are being carried out whilst abiding to social distancing guidelines. Staff can be contacted on the telephone and by email to assist and advise tenants.
Cleaning of Communal Areas of Flats
The service is now fully operating, working in line with current COVID-19 guidance.
Tenant Participation
All meetings organised by the Council are being suspended. We strongly advise that all groups suspend their meetings.
Homelessness
We will still be working on our empty properties and helping homeless people to move out of temporary accommodation and hostels.
