TPAS Cymru’s Tenant Pulse Survey is Open

TPAS Cymru has launched its 3rd Annual Tenant Pulse survey on Rent and Service Charges, collaborating with the Welsh Government. This is to hear Council tenants’ & leaseholders’ voices in Wales on this important and impactful topic.
Tenant Pulse surveys represent the whole tenant voice in Wales. As many landlords across Wales now start their conversations around Rent, affordability, and service charges – TPAS want to ensure that the tenant’s voice is considered and heard in this crucial decision and to guarantee that the rent decision beyond this year is based on Council tenants’ and leaseholders’ experience and voice.
