What we do!
We work with tenants to engage on a variety of topics including;
- Running consultations at various locations over the city to make sure the council can deliver the change which tenants want.
- Being a point of contact for problem solving and tenant engagement.
- Innovating how Cardiff Council communicates with tenants
- To help tenants understand different aspects of council services.
- Recording valued opinions of tenants and using them to improve council services
- Helping tenants with everyday issues such as searching for employment or informing them of city wide council events
- Bringing communities together through events such as Coffee mornings, Seasonal events, trips to learn with the elderly & educational workshops.
